Yoga Instructor & Sound Bath Practitioner 

As as certified yoga instructor (500 hr RYT), specializing in SomaYoga, and Certified Sound Bath Practitioner, I am grateful to share my practices with you. I offer group and private yoga session, as well as meditation and sound bath sessions. 

Weekly Classes at Shanti Yoga Center, St. Cloud, MN

  • Tuesdays 6:15am - Salute to the Sun (Virtual)

  • Thursday, March 9, 7:15pm - SomaYoga: Slow Release at Yoga Melrose
     This slow breath-led yoga experience, offered the second Thursday of each month, brings deep release and restoration to mind and body. SomaYoga is a gentle, but deep, form of therapeutic yoga that is excellent for releasing chronic tension and pain, calming the nervous system and restoring physical and emotional balance.
    Gentle class suitable for all levels.

  • Tuesday, March 14, 7 pm - Sukha SomaYoga & Sound Bath at Shanti Yoga Center
    "Sukha" - Sanskrit for comfort, soothing, sweetness. Offered the second Tuesday of each month, we'll explore movement, pranayama and meditation practices to help identify and release physical and emotional tension/trauma patterns.
